1 LEADERSHIP FORUM:

Held on April 10, 2009 at Saranac Lake in Franklin County

23 ON-SITE ASSESSMENTS:

2009: 21 outpatient programs
5 in Clinton County, 2 in Essex County, 6 in Franklin County, 1 in Hamilton County, 5 in Jefferson County, 2 in St. Lawrence County

2011: 2 outpatient programs in Lewis County

2 BUILDING CAPABILITY FORUMS:

2009: 2 Building Capability Forums were held, the first on July 30 (for Clinton, Essex, Franklin, and Hamilton Counties), and the second on October 22 (for Jefferson and St. Lawrence Counties)

1 WORKSHOP:

2009: On November 13, a Building Recovery Workshop was held in Franklin County for outpatient programs located in Franklin, Clinton, Essex, and Hamilton Counties

The Leadership Forum for the North Country Region was held in April 2009.

At the end of 2009, on-site assessments of co-occurring capability had been conducted for 21 outpatient programs in the North Country region (5 in Clinton County, 2 in Essex County, 6 in Franklin County, 1 in Hamilton County, 5 in Jefferson County, and 2 in St. Lawrence County), and in 2011, 2 outpatient programs in Lewis County were assessed. On-site assessments have been completed for 23 outpatient programs in the North Country region, which represents the majority of outpatient providers in the region.

Two Building Capability Forums followed these assessments, one in July 2009 (for Clinton, Essex, Franklin, and Hamilton Counties) and another in October 2009 (for Jefferson and St. Lawrence Counties). The first Building Recovery Workshop (the full title is “Building Recovery Oriented Outpatient Services”) for the North Country was held later that year (November), with representation from Clinton, Essex, Franklin and Hamilton Counties. CEIC will conduct other follow-up technical assistance as needed.
