1 LEADERSHIP FORUM:

Held on June 20, 2011 in Dutchess County

45 ON-SITE ASSESSMENTS:

2009: 4 outpatient programs in Orange County

2010: 4 outpatient programs
2 in Rockland County, 2 in Westchester County

2011: 37 outpatient programs
11 in Dutchess County (3 complete; 8 planned), 1 in Rockland County, 2 in Sullivan County, 23 in Westchester County (1 complete; 22 planned)

1 BUILDING CAPABILITY FORUM:

2009: in November, a Building Capability Forum was held for Orange County programs as part of a requested technical assistance project

WORKSHOPS:

a Building Recovery Workshop has yet to be conducted in the Mid-Hudson Region, but will be scheduled as needed

A Leadership Forum was held in Dutchess County in June 2011. Additional contacts have been made in Orange County, where work is expected to continue.

In 2009 (prior to the Leadership Forum), a group of outpatient programs in Orange County requested technical assistance from CEIC, which included on-site assessments of co-occurring capability, and a Building Capability Forum.

In 2010, CEIC conducted on-site assessments of co-occurring capability at 2 outpatient programs in Rockland County. During 2011, another 37 outpatient programs were assessed or planned (11 in Dutchess County, 8 of which are planned; 1 in Rockland county, 2 planned in Sullivan County, and 23 in Westchester County, 20 of which are planned). Additional programs will be recruited and assessments will be scheduled (followed by forums and workshops as appropriate), with a particular focus on Putnam, Sullivan, and Ulster Counties.

Building Capability Forums and Workshops will be scheduled as more programs complete assessments and to suit the needs of the various counties.
